Rules
All enemies have 100% more health; all enemies in zones deal 17% more damage; all enemies in maps deal 135% more damage.
Starting at zone 6, every world kill increases Balance stacks by 1, up to 250; every map kill decreases balance stacks by 1, down to 0.
Each Balance stack makes your trimps have 1% less max health, and 1% more gathering speed.

"Your scientists have discovered a chaotic dimension filled with helium. All enemies have 100% more health, enemies in world deal 17% more damage, and all enemies in maps deal 135% more damage. Starting at Zone 6, every time an enemy in the world is slain you will gain a stack of 'Unbalance'. Every time an enemy in a map is slain, you will lose a stack of Unbalance. Each stack of Unbalance reduces your health by 1%, but increases your Trimps' gathering speed by 1%. Unbalance can only stack to 250. Completing Zone 40 with this challenge active will grant double helium earned for all Blimps slain up to Zone 40. This challenge is repeatable!"

Helium challengeEdit

Balance is a Helium challenge. There are a few rules which are followed by each one of them:

  • The Helium reward from this challenge can be obtained repeatedly for multiple challenge completions.
  • Completing Balance will increase all Helium earned until zone 40 (including 40) by 2x.
  • Helium earned from completing Void maps will also be increased by 2x for each Void map completed on zone 40 or below. More information here.


Rules Edit

For the duration of the challenge, all enemies have 100% more health. All map enemies deal 135% more damage.

In addition, this challenge introduces the players to global stacks at zone 6. After the player reaches zone 6, "Balance" stacks are gained or lost upon your actions, and have an effect on your game.

Killing an enemy in the world will increase Balance stacks by 1, while killing an enemy in a map will decrease the stack by 1. Balance stacks cannot go below 0, and cannot go above 250. These stacks are not cleared when the player enter a new zone.

Each stack lowers the trimps' max health by 1% multiplicatively. At 250 stacks, the trimps have roughly 8.1% of the original max health. Each stack also raises trimps' gathering speed by 1% additively. At 250 stacks, the trimps have 3.5x gathering speed.

Strategy Edit

Due to the bonus resources, this challenge tends to be faster than a regular run. It's all about keeping as many stacks of balance up as you can. Focus on running a new map for all your equipment every zone, with minimal difficulty and length. Because you spend most of the challenge with around 9% hp, block is an extremely essential stat, and should be heavily prioritized.
