"Use your new-found leadership skills in order to increase the minimum damage your Trimps deal by 2% per level. Stacks up to 10 times, doesn't affect max damage. At 10 levels, you will get a minimum of 100% benefit from all attack damage per strike."

Each level is a 2% additive bonus to minimum damage per level.
Minimum damage is originally 80% of the player's base damage, while maximum damage is 120% of base damage. Each level of Range increases the player's minimum damage by 2% of their base damage.
At level 10, the player's damage ranges from 100%-120% of their base damage.
Note: Range does not work if the Discipline challenge is active.
Relation to other perks[]
Because Range effectively adds damage, it has synergy with other damage perks.
Range, Power, Relentlessness and Power II raise their own multipliers, which stack multiplicatively with each other.
