Each level increases the amount of population gained from each Battle Territory bonus by 1.
Note that using a Respec to change the amount of levels put into this perk will not affect already obtained bonuses. You will not/lose gain Trimps from doing so. However, every next battle territory bonus you encounter will now give a new amount of Trimps depending on the amount of levels put into this perk.
